It's a very thrilling, suspenseful film with a
memorable ending, but it drags a bit in the middle which gives the movie a rather unnecessary long running time and makes the narrative a little messy. Despite this, the performances are
excellent, including Steve Guttenberg in an early small role, but the leading pair of Gregory Peck and Laurence Olivier are quite unforgettable.
