A misfit Emperor penguin develops a love for
tap-dancing (especially to Stevie Wonder music), while the rest of his flock are quite bemused.
It's very well animated and is all quite cute, but
penguin cuteness and good animation alone don't justify a feature length piece of animation. Kids will love it, but adults may lose interest within the first half hour.
