This huge box office flop was an incredibly ill-conceived
attempt to recreate the Bob Hope-Bing Crosby "Road To" vehicles of the 1940's.
Dustin Hoffman & Warren Beatty play a Simon &
Garfunkel-like songwriting duo who inadvertently get involved in Middle Eastern affairs.
The film's main problem is that it isn't funny on any level
and is simply embarrassing for all involved.
Claims to be the worst film ever made are fair.
