Audrey Hepburn delivers yet another fantastic acting
performance as a blind wife whose house is broken into by a trio of thieves in search for a doll filled with smuggled narcotics.
Based on a stage play, it does partially show, in the
respect that the vast majority of the story taking place in a sole location in which the tension, suspense and claustrophobia builds and builds. A hugely effective cat-and-mouse thriller with
a great cast of performances.
